Because all items are limited edition and collectible, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. Each book and print is part of a numbered or small-edition series and handled with care to preserve its condition and authenticity.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, it is covered by insurance. You may request either:

• A refund for the value of the item, or

• A replacement, if stock is still available.

Refunds or replacements are only processed once the carrier’s insurance claim has been approved.
